"I bought a balloon, and on the way to our destination, we realized the air was gradually leaking out. We checked and found a cut. When we went back to inform the shop attendant, he said it wasn't his problem, as he only checks the balloon's stitching. Please check your balloons carefully before leaving the store!"

"They have a lot of birthday decorations available, and the lady who runs it is very friendly. If you're looking for helium balloons 🎈, this is the right place to go."

"Party store that sells a variety of party supplies. Prices are reasonable. The lower score is due to poor service, which has been consistent over the years. Previously, there was often a grumpy salesperson who would glare at my kids for touching items facing outwards (which seemed obviously meant for people to view). During a recent visit, no one bothered to smile or even look at me. When I asked a question, the salesperson answered flatly and expressionlessly. They would likely do better if they improved their service. After all, parties are meant to be happy events!"

"Prices are reasonable, and it's great to have a place that sells all these old-school toys. However, the salesperson really has an attitude problem. I don't feel like buying from that lady anymore."
