"I'm always a returning customer to get my nails done here for big occasions. However, I recently realized my package had expired. I checked with the staff to see if they could help me recover my expired credits, as I still had about $100+ left.
The staff explained that I could purchase a new package to essentially renew the expired credits, which I found reasonable since it was my own oversight. They were very accommodating with this flexibility, which made me decide to purchase another package. I've encountered other shops that wouldn't even allow me to recover the expired credits.
Their great service and attitude keep me coming back. Highly recommended."

"Pleasant experience! The manicurist made sure to ask if I was okay with the heat and the design. The nail art was so accurate and cute, even with my short nails! 😊 Only one or two beads have dropped (after two weeks), and I use my hands a lot, but there's no chipping in the gel polish at all. I can't wait to get my nails done here again!"

My experience with Chloe was lovely. She seated me in one of their private rooms; I assume it was because I'm a hijabi. That was a really nice touch! Chloe efficiently performed the callus treatment, pedicure, and express manicure for me, all within an hour! She was lovely and kind, and my nails are so neat now! Great experience, I will come back again :)

I have been a customer of The Nail Arcadia since 2022 and have always appreciated the cozy space and the patience, creativity, and skill of their nail technicians. However, I would advise potential clients to carefully check the terms and conditions in detail when considering purchasing their packages.
I signed up for their packages twice but was unaware that they come with a one-year validity period. Recently, I scheduled an appointment, expecting to utilize my remaining package credits, only to be informed at the salon, after my manicure had already started, that my package had expired. The lady in charge said I had to purchase a new package (the cheapest package is $588) to reactivate the existing credits. At the time of expiration, I had over $200 in unused credits and had also never received any reminders that my package was expiring.
I attempted to negotiate a partial cash, partial package credit payment, but the lady in charge declined, insisting that purchasing a new package was the only way to access my existing credits. While the staff mentioned that the package expiry dates are indicated on every invoice, I did not notice this information. This may well have been my oversight, but the lack of clear communication has lost my trust, and sadly, I will not be a returning customer.
It is disheartening that our relationship has ended this way, especially given my deep appreciation for the nail technicians’ work. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.

It was my first time at Nail Arcadia, and the shop is clean and comfortable. I got both a classic gel manicure and pedicure. Both nail artists were friendly, and there was no hard selling involved.
While I’m very satisfied with the pedicure, it's unfortunate that my gel manicure started chipping the very first night. The next day, I texted to ask if a touch-up was possible and was told to come to the shop. However, my nails were only filed down to remove the chipped portions, and I was told a touch-up wasn't possible. Today is day 3, and my nails have started chipping and peeling. While I understand that one nail might chip because there was originally a crack, it was disappointing to see the other nails chipping off, especially since it has only been a few days since I got my manicure.
