"I've always enjoyed getting my Low Fat Vanilla Latte at Starbucks. The OTH location is good, with friendly staff. It can get a bit crowded on weekends and during school breaks, when students are studying and enjoying food and drinks. I like the setting and find it tranquil, as most people are respectful of the students studying (I'm guessing) and don't speak too loudly."

"Definitely the best Starbucks in the East. The staff are polite and the service is quick. Even recently, when my coffee was poorly made, they acknowledged the issue and replaced my drink. This is my go-to location."

"A very cozy Starbucks outlet, even though it can get really crowded. Some seats are too close to each other, so it really depends on where you sit. The standard is there, so nothing much else to comment on!"

The best part is that this place is open 24 hours. The service was really good and friendly when I visited.

Tried the expensive $8.90 chocolate lava cake. The chocolate flavor isn't strong enough, and it's overly sweet. The cake is very dense and not moist. Not worth $8.90. Other bakeries sell better cakes.

"One of my favorite places at Tampines Hub. It's always crowded, though. They have a wider product range compared to some other branches, and the staff is friendly and serves drinks and food quickly."

Chic-looking cafe, quite spacious, but it can get a bit chilly inside and the seats aren't very comfy. Also, tables are often hogged by people with laptops (helloooo, there's a library upstairs!). Service was okay. My gingerbread latte was well-prepared 😋👍.

"Seating is currently limited due to Covid. It's a pleasant environment with a good view of the busy road, making it a nice place to chill and people-watch."

As with a Starbucks Reserve, the plaza looks more upscale. At the time of my visit, 13 of the 15 tables were occupied by students. A number of people with laptops were also waiting for tables. So, this branch seems to have become a study hall with an attached Reserve outlet. Do not visit if you plan to sit down.
