Small Thai spot in Tampines! The food is so-so and the place is quite small. Good for a quick bite, but not ideal for big groups who want to chill and chat. Ordering is only available through their self-service kiosk at the entrance. Price-wise, I find it quite expensive for the portion size, especially the mango sticky rice!

Everything is self-service, and the place isn't very clean. The food is just so-so, and doesn't really taste like Thai food. The drinks are better, but there aren't many Thai salads on the menu. It feels more like fast food. Still, it's worth a try.

"First time dining at the Tampines Hub outlet. They serve decent halal Thai food. The chili flakes are spicy enough. Their deluxe beef noodles came with beef tendons, which unfortunately were just fats; no meat at all. They require you to return bowls and plates yourself, but there wasn’t anyone cleaning the tables and floor. I agree with another review regarding the cleanliness issue."

Reasonably priced food. I got the grilled chicken boat noodle, a drink, and two wings for $12+. It was very filling, and the portion was just right. The soup was very flavorful. Drinks and food are collected at separate counters.

Very serene background and view of the Jewel waterfall water feature.
We ordered:
Beef Noodle - a decent serving with tons of flavor! It has a bit of sweetness and tasted good! 😊👍🏻
Dry noodle topped with Chicken - the chicken smells sooo good! It's tasty too!

"The food is okay, edible. The soups were very sweet, so I couldn't really taste any other flavors. Skip the sago."

"I ordered the seafood tom yum soup. The soup tasted horrible, and the egg yolk from the hard-boiled egg ruined the taste of the tom yum soup. It's the worst soup I've tasted so far since I started eating Thai cuisine. The mussel shells were not thoroughly cleaned and looked very unhygienic."

Taste is okay, but the tom yum didn't impress me much. It was slightly spicy, but tolerable. The fried fish, soaked in the soup, became super soggy and there wasn't much fish either; it was mostly thick flour. Cost $9.90. I think it's better to go to a hawker center instead.

Tomyam Noodle - 1/5 stars. Spicy, but hardly authentic. It was a little too sweet and tasted similar to instant noodle flavoring.
Beef Salad - 1/5 stars. The taste, again, is hardly authentic. It lacks the punch and flavor of typical yum woo sen dishes.
Tom Yam Chicken Rice - 3/5 stars. Though it's not exactly a traditional Thai dish, I thought the chicken was tender but it could be better with more Tom Yam flavor.
Summary - The place is affordable and clean, and the food came quickly. However, it doesn't taste like true Thai food.

"Reasonably priced with fast service. The basil kra pao chicken was light, and the serving size was enough to keep me going throughout the day. I appreciate that they have three self-serve machines. It would be nice if they had more salad/vegetable dishes, though."
