"Visited here for scaling and polishing in April. Dr. Au Yong's service was excellent, professional, and reassuring. He was also patient and detailed in explaining my teeth condition and advising on appropriate dental care. The clinic is very clean and well-equipped. The receptionist and nurses were friendly and polite. Overall, a great experience."

Celeste at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Au Yong was nice and super fast with my filling and scaling. He also mentioned I had a cavity that needed filling, which would require a separate appointment, but he wasn't pushy at all. Thank you for the good service; I will be back.

Was looking for a place to get my wisdom tooth surgery (I was super scared about visiting dentists) and came across great Google reviews for this Q&M outlet. I had my surgery last week and removal of stitches today, and was so lucky to have Dr. Au Yong as my dentist! There are a lot of positive reviews about him here, and they're really true! Dr. Au Yong was extremely patient and skillful; he even allowed me to listen to music during my surgery because I was very afraid. The surgery was almost painless, and so was the removal of stitches! The receptionist is very friendly as well. I'm glad I picked the right place for my wisdom tooth surgery and highly recommend this outlet to anyone who's afraid of visiting dentists! Dr. Au Yong will change your impression :)

"On March 20, 2023, I went for my appointment. I was served by Ms. Celest. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She explained clearly what to expect during my first visit and billed me accordingly after the consultation. 👍
Dr. Au Yong did my diagnosis and checked my teeth. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions professionally. It was a painless check-up!
I didn’t get the dental assistant's name, but she guided me well on when to gargle/rinse my mouth and wear the protective glasses.
