The new prosperity burger was surprisingly good. I liked the sauce and the additional egg on top. The fries were not cooked well, and the wings were a tad bit dry, sadly. I must say the food came quickly, and the servers are cheerful. Overall, the food was lackluster.

I'm very disappointed with the experience I had at your location today. The pickup area was extremely disorganized; people were just grabbing orders, and the staff didn't seem to be checking receipts carefully. Our order number was displayed on the "Now Serving" screen, and my son showed our receipt to a staff member, but he was told the order was still being prepared. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to ask another staff member to check on it, and then our order was remade.
To make things worse, when we got home, we discovered that the 9-piece Curry Nuggets were missing from the bag—an item we paid $7.95 for.
Please arrange a refund for the missing item and take steps to improve order accuracy and customer service at this location.

"This McDonald's store seriously likes to scam money, I swear. I ordered shaker fries, which were part of my upsize meal, and they didn't give them to me. The shaker not being included is alright, it's a small issue. No chili was given either, which is okay. BUT, one thing I really cannot accept is the service attitude! You are in a customer service job, please have the correct service attitude. What's with you banging the table with my drink?! Do you have an issue with that, bro?! As a customer service establishment, please train your staff with respect and not have them chitchatting there. Seriously. I work in customer service as well, so please don't torture us like this, bruh."

I would like to share my experience of finding a winged insect in the morning milk when topping up my breakfast coffee.
It's understandable that insects sometimes get into drinks (it's not really avoidable), but what I found appalling was the lack of care when this matter was brought to the staff's attention at the counter. They just took a look, told the manager there was an insect in the milk, and then took the cup away.
I usually have no complaints with Mac's, but this was a first.

"The floor manager (1st May, 7:40 pm) seems to require additional training. I've never seen such a pathetic ice cream portion, especially coming from a floor manager. Is the Tampines Hub branch cutting costs, or did they just couldn't be bothered to serve me properly? It's disappointing that I had to resort to a Google review just to express my dissatisfaction with an ice cream."

She helped me prepare my large order with great attention to detail and ensured everything was packed accurately. Her warm smile and positive attitude made the experience even more pleasant. "I placed a mobile pick-up order today. When I went to pick it up at 1:00 PM for my breakfast order placed at 11:48 AM, I didn't see any time limit for pick-up indicated in the app. When I arrived, the manager said she had thrown my order away because it had been over two hours, but that wasn't true. She just talked and blamed me for not picking up my order earlier. She rudely told me, "Where have you been?" and said she couldn't give me a refund since it was a mobile order. Then, when I asked if I could change my order to a lunch meal, she even said, "What if I can't?". She gave me the lunch set meal, but my question is, does this manager always treat customers like this? Everyone in the place was looking at us because she spoke to me loudly and rudely, making it look like we were arguing. This could have been more pleasant if she hadn't spoken to me so rudely."

"Had a horrible experience on 12/27/24. I ordered Box A (8 Wings + 12 Nuggets) but received Box B instead (4 Wings + 6 Nuggets). The service at this outlet was absolutely abysmal. I suggest everyone check their order carefully before leaving the store."

"Received hot Milo instead of the upgraded cappuccino I ordered. I placed the order through the McDonald's app, and the app's UI is awful. There's no way to communicate or easily receive a refund, and no form of assistance is available. This isn't the first time the Tampines Hub outlet has disappointed with its service."
