This is the first time I'm giving a one-star review after so many years. I always buy from the Paya Lebar outlet; the service is good, and the juice is nice. I recently bought 10 cups of juice and tried to redeem them at the Tampines Hub outlet. The auntie at the counter was super rude and gave me a weird look when I wanted to redeem my drink. After that, she told me they could only deduct $3.

Super diluted avocado milkshake. It doesn't taste like milk or avocado, and there's no taste of gula or sugar. It tasted like diluted vegetable juice. The worst avocado shake ever.

I gave this stall three tries before writing a review, and spoiler alert: they failed every single time.
The juice always seems diluted, and I strongly believe they don’t wash (or at least rinse) the blender before preparing another cup. I have literally tasted hints of vegetables in my watermelon juice two out of three times. The final straw was a cup of orange juice that came out super sour and, again, tasted like it had celery in it.
Also, this is the wrong place to patronize if you're looking for service. It's practically nonexistent. Everyone working there seems to be super miserable and takes it out on their customers. I've never visited a more unpleasant fruit juice stall, or any stall for that matter.

I really love their Thailand fresh coconut series and return to buy them even when I'm not staying in the area.
HOWEVER, the service needs improvement. Every time I've been there, I've been served by different people and have encountered rude behavior.
Apparently, they didn't like being asked questions about the juices and were impatient (I only asked two questions). Not a single "thanks" or "thank you" was uttered. I can't help but wonder if staff welfare is lacking, or if something else is wrong.

"I ordered a juice that consisted of 3 fruits. These 3 fruits were part of a 4-fruit selection, so the staff suggested I get that instead. I expected the staff would replace the portion of the 4th fruit, which I didn't order, with more of one of the fruits I *had* ordered, since I paid for 4 portions. In the end, I was charged for 4 portions of fruit but only received 3, which was evident in the juice level in the cup. Very disappointed!"

"Very small cup size, and the juice is very dilute, yet they charge a very high price. It certainly seems like they added a lot of water. The waiting time is long, too."

I don't think she deserves to be working if she can't handle customers. Please check on her; she seems like she's having a bad day. It doesn't hurt to talk nicely. Please check on her."

"Not worth it for drinks. I ordered an Avocado Juice for $4, and told the cashier I wanted it less sweet. I had to repeat this twice, as she kept asking if I wanted less ice instead. When I collected my drink, it wasn't cold. So I asked about it, and they said I had requested no ice. I explained to the staff that I told the cashier twice that I wanted less sweet, not no ice. The drink was very diluted."

"Buah Long Long was super refreshing, and we loved it! But since last month, it's been diluted and no longer tasty. Today, I bought it again to try, and it's still diluted. So sad! No more tasty Buah Long Long to buy anymore! I hope the owner will read this review and check what went wrong. Thank you."
