There's almost always a queue at this stall, but there's a reason for it: the mee hoon is tasty and has a great, springy texture, and the cabbage is nice and crunchy! The portion sizes are generous; I actually didn't manage to finish it all! :-) It's nice to order a cup of coffee next door and sit under the big fan to enjoy this simple dish. :-)

"The economy fried mee hoon is the cheapest meal you can get in this kopitiam. It has good taste and is a good value for the money. The queue moves quickly, so you don't need to wait long. Payment through the FairPrice app gets you another 10% discount."

"Food prices are on the high side if you choose your own sides. This packet of economy beehoon cost me SGD 4.80. Next time, I'll just stick to the standard SGD 2.80 deal instead. The beehoon is not bad because it isn't oily."

The lady is very rude and keeps all the 365 receipts. When we ask for them, she gives us an unhappy look.
