Therapeutic Series Workshop at Our Tampines Hub Features Scented Sachet Making
Our Tampines Hub kicked off the month with a Therapeutic Series workshop focused on mindfulness and self-care. Participants gathered to create custom scented sachets filled with aromatic dried flowers and herbs, designed to help unwind and relieve fatigue.
Hands-On Workshop Activities
The workshop immersed participants in nature-inspired activities, including working with essential oils, potted plants, and botanical materials. Pink orchids and cherry blossom branches decorated the event space, creating a calming atmosphere for the self-care session.
Tea and Sachet Crafting
Participants filled small bags with loose leaf tea and dried botanicals, using spoons and measuring cups to prepare their custom blends. Glass jars containing additional ingredients lined the white tables as attendees packed their mixtures into red and pink paper sachets.
Essential Oils and Crafting Stations
The workshop also featured stations where participants worked with small bottles, paper cups, and crafting materials to mix and label their own samples. The hands-on format allowed attendees to personalize their scented creations.
Botanical Exploration
Participants handled small vials and containers with plant seeds and botanical samples as part of the interactive session. The activity encouraged exploration of natural ingredients and their aromatic properties, reinforcing the workshop's focus on therapeutic self-care.
Our Tampines Hub thanked all participants who joined the peaceful workshop and took home a little piece of tranquility. The Therapeutic Series continues to offer community wellness activities at the hub.
