Tampines North CC PAssionArts Festival 2026 and National Day Carnival on 8 August
Tampines North Community Club hosts the PAssionArts Festival 2026 in conjunction with the National Day Carnival on Saturday, 8 August 2026, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. The PAF Village at Level 3 offers free hands-on craft workshops where participants take home their creations. The National Day Carnival requires a $5 ticket that includes a goodie bag and lucky draw entry.
The PAF Village at Tampines North CC Level 3 features five free craft workshops across different rooms. The Culinary Studio hosts the Iced Gem Biscuit Magnet workshop, where participants transform a nostalgic childhood favourite into a clay fridge magnet. Room #03-02 houses Lady TN's Flower Shop for paper flower bouquet crafting and Uncle TN's Badge Making for personalised badges. Room #03-05 offers Wooden Tray Marbling with vibrant colour swirling and Shrink Art Keychain creation.
National Day Carnival 2026 at Tampines North CC
The National Day Carnival runs alongside the PAssionArts Festival on 8 August 2026 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Tampines North CC, 2 Tampines St 41, Singapore 529204. Tickets cost $5 each and include a goodie bag plus lucky draw entry. Lucky draw prizes include a Nintendo Switch 2, Dyson Purifier Cool, Ninja CRSPi Air Fryer, Neptune Espresso Mini, and a 2019 Shagun @ Tanjong North Bag and Bawang Tree item.
The carnival features live performances, snacks, games, and interactive art booths for the whole family. North East, SG-DIGITAL, and Our Tampines Hub support the event. The dress code calls for red or white attire to celebrate Singapore's 61st birthday.
