Tampines AI Exhibition Showcases Robotics and Innovation at Our Tampines Hub
The Tampines AI Exhibition at Our Tampines Hub brought together technology enthusiasts, curious learners, and families for a hands-on exploration of artificial intelligence. Visitors experienced cutting-edge AI technologies, interactive showcases, digital skills workshops, and engaging talks on how AI is shaping the future. The event was graced by Advisers to Tampines GRC GROs, including Minister Masagos Zulkifli, Mayor Baey Yam Keng, Mr. Desmond Choo, and Dr. Koh Poh Koon.
NCS Robot Demonstrations Draw Crowds
NCS showcased its robotics capabilities with live robot demonstrations at the mall atrium, drawing crowds of families and children. The public demo highlighted how robots can be trained and deployed in real-world environments, giving visitors a close-up look at AI in action.
Training Robots Using Imitation Learning
One of the exhibition highlights was the "Training Robots using Imitation Learning" display, featuring multiple humanoid and wheeled robots. Exhibits included a dancer robot, a bipedal humanoid with a black-and-white body, a quadruped robot, and a mobile platform, all demonstrating different approaches to robotic movement and learning.
RS Robotics Services Robotic Arm
HiveBotics presented a robotic arm system branded by RS Robotics Services Pte Ltd at the Tampines AI Exhibition. The display showcased precision robotic technology and its potential applications in automation and facility management.
HiveBotics Robotic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser
HiveBotics also exhibited a robotic hand sanitizer dispenser with a touchscreen interface, branded by RS Facilities Services Pte Ltd. The device demonstrates how AI and robotics can be applied to everyday hygiene and facility operations.
Our Tampines Hub has also adopted AI in its own operations, deploying an AI-powered cleaning robot that works alongside the facilities team to automate routine tasks and support efficient operations. The exhibition was brought to you by Tampines GRC and organised in collaboration with NCS, CGH, NLB, Lion Befrienders, and other local tech firms driving innovation.
