Important Update: Revised Operating Hours for ServiceSG Centre @ Our Tampines Hub
To better serve the community and optimize operations, ServiceSG Centre @ Our Tampines Hub is adjusting its operating hours. These changes will come into effect from 1 September 2025. We encourage all residents and visitors to take note of the revised schedule to plan their visits accordingly.
ServiceSG Centre @ Our Tampines Hub: New Schedule
From the effective date, the ServiceSG Centre located at Level 1 of Our Tampines Hub will operate during the following hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
The centre will be closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays.
For your convenience, the Digital Lobby at Our Tampines Hub will continue to be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing round-the-clock access to digital government services.
Alternative Assistance: ServiceSG@CCs
Should you require urgent assistance outside of the revised hours for ServiceSG Centre @ Our Tampines Hub, several ServiceSG@CCs (Community Clubs) across the island remain open daily. These centres operate from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except on Public Holidays.

- Keat Hong Community Club
- Nee Soon Central Community Club
- Kampong Chai Chee Community Club
