Sensory Walk and Scented Sachet Workshop at OTH Wellness Garden on 1 August 2026
Our Tampines Hub presents the Therapeutic Series with a Sensory Walk and Therapeutic Workshop focused on scented sachet-making on Saturday, 1 August 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. The session takes place at the OTH Wellness Garden on Level 5, accessible via Lift Lobby F. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required.
Participants will enjoy a mindful garden walk followed by a hands-on session crafting scented sachets using dried flowers and herbs. The workshop is designed to promote relaxation, ease fatigue, and support better sleep. Attendees can create their own aromatic blends to bring home.
The event is part of the Tampines @ Festives programme organised by the People's Association. Up to 25 participants can join the session.
