Ticket Redemption Information
To secure your spot, please note that ticket redemption must be completed in person. Starting from 23 August 2025, tickets can be redeemed between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily at the L1 Customer Service Counter in Our Tampines Hub. Redemption requires on-site QR code registration and is subject to a first-come, first-served basis. Each successful registration entitles one person to a pair of tickets, ensuring you can share this cultural experience with a friend or family member.
