Anticipation is building, and tickets for this special 4 PM concert on August 9th will be available for collection starting **July 26th at 10 AM**. Head over to the L1 Redemption Counter, conveniently located behind the Customer Service Counter, within Our Tampines Hub to secure your entry.
Important Information for Ticket Holders
To ensure a smooth collection process, please note the queueing schedule: the line opens at **9:30 AM exclusively for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents**. From **12:00 PM onwards**, collection will be open to all. Each individual aged 15 and above may redeem up to two tickets. Please remember that tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. For entry to the concert, every attendee, including children (with the exception of infants in arms), will require a valid ticket. Only one ticket per person is permitted upon admission.
