OTH Kids Club Members Asked to Update Details via Singpass
Our Tampines Hub is conducting an official membership update exercise for existing OTH Kids Club members. Parents of children registered in 2025 or earlier will receive an email from OTH Kids Club requesting them to update their child's membership details via Singpass. The update takes less than two minutes to complete.
The email will be sent via Postman, a secure and trusted platform used by Singapore Government agencies. Singpass auto-filled fields eliminate manual typing, ensuring secure and accurate data entry. Updating membership details helps maintain benefits, prevent duplicate memberships, receive the latest events and rewards, and simplify future registrations.
This exercise is for existing members only and does not cover new sign-ups. Parents interested in signing their child up for OTH Kids Club can stay tuned for updates on the next recruitment drive, which will take place during the school holidays.
