Ticket Redemption Details
Ticket redemption must be done in person, on-site via QR code registration at the L1 Customer Service Counter. Redemption opens from 3 August 2026 onwards, between 10am and 9pm daily, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person is entitled to a pair of tickets upon successful registration.
