Newspaper Basket Weaving Eco Workshop at Our Tampines Hub on 19 July
Our Tampines Hub hosts an Eco Workshop on Paper Waste Upcycling on Sunday, 19 July 2026, from 6pm to 7pm at the OTH Wellness Garden, accessible via Level 5 Lift Lobby F. Participants will learn the art of weaving baskets using old newspapers, turning discarded materials into functional and decorative items.
The hands-on workshop teaches practical crafting skills while exploring how upcycling reduces waste, conserves resources, and transforms everyday materials into something meaningful. Organised by Tampines @famues under the People's Association, the session gives participants a chance to discover creativity with purpose through sustainable crafting.
