Ticket redemption must be done in person, on-site, at the L1 Customer Service Counter within Our Tampines Hub. Simply use the QR code registration system available there. The counter operates for ticket redemption between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's advisable to come early to secure your spot. Each successful registration entitles an individual to a pair of complimentary tickets. We look forward to seeing you there!
