Ticket Redemption Information
Tickets for this special event must be redeemed in person. Starting from November 29th, 2025, you can register via QR code at the Level 1 Customer Service Counter in Our Tampines Hub. Redemption hours are daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and each successful registration entitles one person to a pair of tickets.
