Accessing your seats is simple. Ticket redemption is available in person, on-site at Our Tampines Hub. Simply register via QR code at the Level 1 Customer Service Counter between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, starting from 15 July 2025 onwards. Please note that tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and each successful registration entitles you to a pair of tickets.
