Participants will learn to craft savory chicken floss seaweed cookies, a crunchy and umami-rich favorite that has become a modern staple of the holiday. To balance the palate, we will also be baking tangy cranberry cookies, offering a bright burst of sweetness in every bite. These golden bakes are more than just snacks; they are symbols of luck and prosperity meant to be shared with loved ones.
