Securing Your Tickets
To secure your attendance, ticket redemption must be completed in person. Starting from **November 22nd, 2025**, tickets can be redeemed at the L1 Customer Service Counter in Our Tampines Hub. Simply register via QR code between 10am and 9pm daily. Please note that tickets are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis, and each person is entitled to a pair upon successful registration. Ensure you redeem early to avoid disappointment!
