To secure your complimentary pair of tickets for "Ainthinai - A Timeless Bond," please note the following redemption process: Ticket redemption must be completed in person, on-site, via QR code registration. This can be done conveniently at the L1 Customer Service Counter within Our Tampines Hub, available between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily. Redemption for tickets begins on September 12, 2025, and will be issued strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Each successful registration entitles one person to a pair of tickets.
