Securing Your Tickets
Ticket redemption is a straightforward process. Guests are required to redeem their tickets in person, on-site, via QR code registration. Visit the L1 Customer Service Counter at Our Tampines Hub between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, starting from 10 December 2025 onwards. Please note that tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and each successful registration entitles one person to a pair of tickets.
