Warehouse Technician

This role mainly supports activities related to warehouse and order fulfillment to improve the efficiency of the warehousing process through a well-designed, cost-optimized warehouse end-to-end plan.

Job Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of internal and external orders.

Warehouse Management and Improvement

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with proper documentation.
• Label and categorize inventory for easy identification and tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials between warehouse and production.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.

Safety and Cleanliness

• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness following the 5S policy.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for inventory tracking and updating.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Self-motivated, positive mindset and good team player.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
