Warehouse Supervisor (Electronic Manufacturing)

Work Location: Tampines
Salary: Up to $5,000/month, plus shift allowance, AWS and Variable Bonus
Working Hours: 4-3-3-4 shift pattern (12-hour shifts, rotating day/night)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants and admin staff to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in accordance with the production plan.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment between system and physical stock levels.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment, upholding 5S principles.
• Coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure regular maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Work closely with the Quality team to facilitate IQA inspections and proper material receiving.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely kitting to support production, escalating shortages to planners as needed.
• Track and maintain drip stock levels, reporting discrepancies or shortages to the purchasing team.
• Ensure all warehouse activities and transactions are accurately updated in SAP.
• Verify that all inbound and outbound deliveries are properly documented.
• Ensure compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in supply chain, logistics, business or any relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience in the contract manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
