They are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting delivery timelines, maintaining inventory accuracy, controlling costs, handling customer feedback, training staff, and driving continuous process improvement.

They are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Permanent and stable opportunity
• Location: Tampines
• Work days: 5 days, Monday - Friday (1:15PM - 11PM) / (8:30PM- 6:15AM)
• Salary up to $5000 + AWS + VB + Shift Allowance

The Job

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations and guiding the team to meet performance objectives.
• Ensuring smooth and timely execution of orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and addressing variances effectively.
• Managing manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational costs.
• Addressing operational issues and customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Preparing operational updates and reports for management review.

The Talent:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the warehousing operation
• Proficiency in WMS system will be advantageous
