Validation Engineer, Server (Linux, Python, C++)

Our client is specializing in computer server and rack manufacturing. We are seeking experienced Test Engineers to lead testing operations and ensure product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Associate Engineers and Technicians in executing all test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
• Support and implement PXE Server configuration for product testing.
• Perform and maintain run-in tests, burn-in tests, and power tests for Server & Rack products.
• Liaise closely with customers, headquarters, and factories regarding test program implementation and improvements.
• Analyze product failures and coordinate corrective actions with customers and HQ/factory.
• Participate in Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Update and maintain test program master lists and tracking.
• Prepare and revise working instructions; provide training on procedures to production teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.
• Engage in ISO activities including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Linux programming skills and knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Quartus II, Tinker Cad, Python, and C++.
• Good understanding of test methodologies and debugging skills.
• Experience with PXE Server configuration preferred.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Fixed Shift Options:
  Night Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (Shift allowance: $24/day)
  Morning Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM (Shift allowance: $12/day)
• Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off
• Competitive basic salary up to $5,000/month
• AWS and Variable Bonus (VB)
• Location: Tampines
