· Assist in contract manpower hiring due to ramp up

· Create and post job descriptions across job boards, career sites, and social media.

· Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.

· Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate the interview process.

Requirements

· TA Experience with manufacturing preferred

· Minimum diploma or degree

· Able to start work on short notice
