Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, clear and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers and vendors in terms of issue resolution.
• Review customer’s existing business workflows or system functionalities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure system availability through 24/7 operational support.
• Perform ad hoc troubleshooting on cyber security related issues which includes fault isolation.
• Execute scheduled system preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
• Occasionally providing support in critical events based on rotational duties.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in cyber security solutions preferred.
• Preferably with 2 - 4 years’ experience.
• Experience in Operations Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating system.
• Hands on experience with cyber security products i.e. McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales.
