Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the maintenance of building/ property facilities management.
• Conduct day to day inspection activities/ checking building defects.
• Liaise and supervise contractors on rectification work.
• Provide recommend and Implement improvement works .
• Attend to feedback and services requested by the customer & internal stakeholders.
• Able to attend to work on weekends and after office hours when required.
• Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal office hours on short notices.
• Able to hands on when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Building/ Facility Management or any other related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to manage and work with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Possess problem solving skills, a positive attitude, resourceful and proactive.
• Able to work independently and in a team effectively.
• Fire Safety Manager Certificate or Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) will be an added advantage.
