- Position Title: Controller (Haulier Operations)
- Working Location: Remote (Office location at Tampines)
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, allocate, and oversee daily assignments for haulier drivers and chassis to fulfill operational requirements.
- Supervise driver deployment and monitor vehicle locations through the transport management system.
- Coordinate trucking operations to align with customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Ensure prompt shipment deliveries and consistently uphold service standards.
- Update job status in real time using Portnet and internal platforms.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage vehicle flow and address logistical challenges.
- Keep track of incidents’ records involving vehicle breakdowns, maintenance, and fleet availability.
- Analyze and enhance the deployment of transport resources and driver scheduling.
- Attend to operational issues encountered by drivers, engaging with PSA, port officials, and clients as necessary.

- At least 2 years’ experience in fleet management, ideally within haulier or container trucking.
- Well-versed in PSA port system and CMS, including container processing and Portnet transactions.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to handle driver and stakeholder relationships professionally.
- Familiar with Singapore road maps and good knowledge about Singapore traffic laws.
