Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months/PHARMA MNC) - West/up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500 + 1.5m bonus

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Tuas (Transport Pick Up: Jurong East, Boon Lay, CCK, Woodlands, Tampines, Sengkang, Bishan, Paya Lebar, Yishun)

Job Description:

Will take on special recruitment projects as needed to support the client group, and to grow professionally.Become credible, trusted talent advisor to Commercial client groups.Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to insure compliance.Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit.Utilize appropriate selection techniques.Effectively integrate diversity and veteran recruitment into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.Develop an understanding of Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market place.Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Manufacturing industry
