System Analyst

Work Location : Tampines
Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

· Familiar with manufacturing processes domain and/or experienced with IT project implementation (MES/Shopfloor system)

· Responsible for various shopfloor and NPI project IT implementation

· Participate various NPI project regular meeting with internal stakeholders and external customers to take care IT portion

· Coordinate with internal business users for requirement evaluation, converting customer and internal business requirements into IT functional spec

· Coordinate with corresponding BG IT window for project work review and issue feedback

· Co-work with IT DevOps team for project dependencies and define test cases, identify logic bugs and/or perform root cause analysis

· Co-work with IT Infra and Security team for project setup and implementation tasks that related with network, server and IoT devices provisioning

· Co-work with IT PMO executive to keep track of system enhancement and changes progress

· Co-work with IT support team to identify system and functional gap, as well as IT areas of improvements

· Assist quality control and conduct various UAT

Requirements

· Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in gathering user requirements, performing analysis, drafting functional spec and implementing IT systems.

· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant

· Familiar with any SQL and RDBMS scripts. Understand common development frameworks e.g. Java / .NET concepts. Understand each stage of SDLC. Basic coding skill is highly preferred.

· Relevant experience in IT domain or manufacturing process background.
