Job Title: Platform Support Engineer (Maintenance Solutions)

We are looking for a Platform Support Engineer to join our team to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our platform solutions. If you have a passion for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on platform solution systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
• Keep product versions updated and apply necessary patches.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues; escalate unresolved cases to Senior Engineers or vendors.
• Assist in software configurations and change management activities.
• Provide basic technical support to users and respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and issue resolutions.
• Keep documentation on system configurations and metrics up to date.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of IT tools, system monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL certification or knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch, DX UIM, SolarWinds, or Prometheus is an advantage
