Supply Chain Coordinator

Basic information:

• Normal shift: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Weekend shift: 7am – 3pm (Wed–Fri in office, Sat–Sun WFH)
  3pm – 11pm ((Wed–Fri in office, Sat–Sun WFH)
• Able to choose shift!
• Location: Tampines

Job scope:

1. Actively support continuous improvement initiatives to boost planning accuracy and overall supply chain efficiency.
2. Collaborate closely with customers to address planning, supply, and delivery-related concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
3. Track and monitor production schedules to ensure they align with customer delivery expectations and timelines.
4. Analyze key supply chain performance indicators and assist in identifying root causes for any deviations or missed targets.
5. Serve as the key liaison for designated customer accounts, maintaining strong communication on logistics and order fulfilment matters.
6. Prepare and deliver both scheduled and ad-hoc reports to customers, keeping them informed on production status, delivery updates, and order progress.
