Store Manager

Job Description

1. Store Management: Regularly analyze operational reports, store-related certificates, product checks, asset management, etc.

2. Staff Management: Recruit store staff, guide and evaluate subordinates, and train potential leaders.

3. Complete company-established operational targets, plan and organize store marketing activities, and conduct effective brand promotion.

4. Maintain customer relationships and manage relationships with local partner organizations.

5. Handle emergency issues within the store and be the overall leader of the store.

Job Requirements

1. Good health with a strong sales awareness.

2. Good character, obey management, strong execution, cheerful personality, and enthusiasm.

3. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, service-oriented, and a good team player.

4. Knowledge of popular games and basic gaming terminology; a passion for the esports industry is a plus.

5. At least 2 years of management experience in the food & beverage/service industry or a related field.

6. Proficiency in Chinese for effective communication.

Working Hours

· 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 5 or 6 days a week.
