Software Project Manager

Work locations available: Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang OR Tampines West areas

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Define and drive the business strategy and roadmap for your respective strategic domain.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project/product deliverables are on track, providing support where needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
• Participate in hiring process to build a high-performing engineering team and focus on the retention and development of existing team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for engineers.

Requirements:

• At least 4 – 5 years’ Project Manager experience, leading a team of engineers
• Experience with government projects will be an added advantage
• Proficient with software development frameworks and software governance practices
• Degree in any discipline, PMP certification will be a strong advantage
