Job Description

• Position Title: Smart Home Consultant
• Working Location: Tampines North Drive
• Working Hours: 5.5 days Retail Shift Day Work (Mon-Fri: 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun: 10am-5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,200 - $4,400 + Comm
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their smart home needs
• Assess client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Demonstrate smart home products and features clearly
• Find and follow up with new potential customers
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals
• Negotiate and finalize sales to achieve targets
• Keep up-to-date with new smart home products and trends
• Advise clients on the best products and system setups
• Work with technical teams for smooth installation and integration
• Provide prompt and helpful support after sales
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Work with marketing to attract new clients
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver services on time
• Take part in team meetings and help improve sales strategies

• Experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably in smart home or tech products
• Good understanding of smart home systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to understand and meet client needs
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven
