Site Support Engineer (IoT/Computer Science or IT)
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.
- Training: Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides.
- Project Management: Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Post-Sales Support: Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience working on site/ handling projects (Exp. Electrical Construction/Electronic component/IoT project).
- Have knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products is an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming in C,C++ are added advantages
- Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
- Have passion for exploratory testing and test automation are added advantages.
