Responsibilities:
- General administrative work, including data entry, filing, prepare cheque requisition.
- Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
- Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationery, office items, etc.
- Handle various administrative duties such as petty cash claims, training schedules, and training requests.
- Updating staff and workers personal and leave records
- Prepare a master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.
- Submission of documents, drawings, letters,s and creating transmittal.
- Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information.
- Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents to internal and external parties.
- Handle general office administration duties, including managing of office supplies
- Update Monthly Expense to contract team
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details
- With experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.
- Proactive, responsive, and attentive to project requirements
- Organized, detailed, and proactive to matters arising
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
