Job Summary:

• Location: Tampines North
• Gross salary up to $2900
• 5 days work
• Working hours follow client's working schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the operations of products, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Conduct routine checks and basic housekeeping tasks for products.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and support for any technical issues related to products.
• Assist with Tier 1 operations issues through remote or on-site support, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports, along with other related operational documentation, and perform ad hoc tasks for the Robotics Operations Team.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), with proficiency in mechanical and electrical tools..
• Willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, overtime, and be deployed overseas when required.
