Senior Visual Designer

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Tzu Chi, ensuring consistency across all digital and print mediums.
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, fonts, and style guidelines.
• Create high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Lead the design process from concept to final execution.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve design solutions and ensure they meet user needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams or departments to understand design needs and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design, branding, and UI/UX work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
