Senior Vision Software Engineer - Optics Equipment

Responsibilities

1. Develop and formulate technical solutions for machine vision in automation equipment.

2. Experiment with vision components selection and assess such as lighting, lenses, and cameras.

3. Apply vision modules in automation machines, integrating, debugging, and optimizing vision systems.

4. Calibrate and compensate vision systems to ensure operational accuracy.

5. Image Processing & Analysis: Utilize vision analysis software (e.g., Halcon, OpenCV) to process and analyses images under specific lighting conditions.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Image Processing, Automation, Optics, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of experience in machine vision applications. Proficiency in at least one of the following vision software: Halcon, OpenCV, VisionPro.

3. In-depth understanding of machine vision system components with hands-on debugging experience.

4. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

5. Preferred Experience: Experience with automation equipment, motion control systems, image processing, defect detection, or camera modules is advantageous.
