We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for B2B sales and a commitment to providing businesses with reliable, high-quality safety solutions.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing market awareness for our Rhino Safety Shoes and a wide range of other PPE products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the overall growth of the PPE division.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand our customer base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, construction, and warehousing companies.
3. Maintain deep product knowledge of Rhino Safety Shoes and other PPE items to educate and advise clients effectively.
4. Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics.
Technical skills & competencies:
1. Proficient in sales forecasting and pipeline management, enabling accurate revenue projections and effective resource allocation.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills tailored to industrial sectors, allowing for effective engagement with client's team of procurement officers, safety managers, and operations teams.
3. In-depth understanding of PPE product specifications and safety compliance standards, ensuring accurate recommendations and solutions tailored to clients' workplace hazards.
4. Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to monitor leads, track performance, and streamline sales processes.
