We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Invoicing: Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Document Preparation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation and presentations.
- Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Experience: No experience is needed. At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
