Full Time Salary:

Basic SGD $2,400 - $5,000, depending on sales commissions

Sales Commissions 5% - based on sales target

Working Hours:

Following Shopping Mall, normally 11.00am - 9.45pm

Job description:

• Handle daily Store opening, shelf display organisation, store closing tasks
• Maintain store displays and merchandising, ensure a neat and appealing presentation
• Service walk-in customers, demonstrate, compare, differentiate company’s product vs others in the market
• Identify consumers’ need, present company product benefits in strategic ways
• Answer both offline / online general product queries, summarise and compile FAQ, train AI chat bot
• Gather consumers’ feedback, identify trend, clues, needs, feedback to supply chain team
• Provide excellent post-sales support, follow-up with customers for delivery, installation, warranty related issues
• Process sales transactions, handle ATOME instalment, payNow, credit card payment accurately
• Participate in product training and development to enhance your product knowledge

• Fluent in business English
