Retail Assistant (Pet Retail Outlet)

We’re looking for Retail Assistant to join our passionate team at The Oasis. The Assistant form a crucial part of our organization, building lasting relationships with customers and providing quality care to pets. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-service oriented, and patient with both pets and people. There’s no better place to launch an exciting, fulfilling career in pet services than The Oasis.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of the store
• Handle enquiries and reservations
• Assist customers in recommending products and services
• Assist grooming whenever required
• Assist with inventory control and displaying products for sales
• Perform cashering duties
• Packing of orders for delivery
• Help out with daycare only when required

Requirements:

• Pet lover
• Proficient in using a computer
• Service oriented
• Able to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Work at least 5.5days/week, Tue 2pm - 7pm (no break), Wed 11am - 7pm (inclusive of 1 hour break) & Thu - Sun, 10am - 7pm (inclusive of 1 hour break); subjective to changes due to PH
• OR work 6 days/week, Tue 1pm - 7pm (no break), Wed & Thu 11am - 7pm (inclusive of 1 hour break), Fri - Sun 10am - 7pm (inclusive of 1 hour break); subjective to changes due to PH
