Resident Technical Officer (C&S - HDB BTO project)

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS)
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) is a must
• At least 1 years’ experience in the supervision of Building/Residential Project
• Project Location:

Location 1: Punggol, Tampines, Hougang, Bedok

Location 2: Kallang, Gelang, Queensway, Bukit Merah

Location 3: Bishan, Ang Mo Kio , Yishun, Woodlands

Location 4: CCK, Tengah, Bukit Batok

• Working hour: normal day work with 44 hours a week
• OT: after 44 hours OT Paid eligible
